What's you favourite tea?
I loove loose leaf David's Teas, my go to is green tea (genmaicha) and black tea (creamy earl grey).
There are plenty of benefits in all teas. But if flavour is an issue just brew your favourite and add a pinch of the kind you don't love to drink and the flavour won't be as strong and you still get all the benefits. Happy Teaing :)
