The big J. Ok here is the juice dealioo. I love to juice and smoothie (either BEFORE or AFTER I eat pizza and other unhealthy things), I usually made my smoothies the night before; however, I was told that by the next day the smoothie or juice no longer has benefits. So I soon learned that about 30 mins after the drink is made it begins to lose its benefits due to oxidation. This means you basically have 30 min to drink it before its healthy factors start to decline. Now, I drink my smoothies in the evening since I do not have time to make it in the morning.... and I do not want to wake up the whole neighborhood.
Here is what I put in my J:
1 peeled beet
5-6 kale leafs
2 sliced apples
4-5 carrots
4 celery pieces
This makes about 2-3 cups of juice, so don't be greedy and share the health!
