With summer right around the rain clouds it about time to flatten the tummy and work off the cellulite. This however is not so easy... After I begin to accept the idea of working out, I can't find the motivation to do so :( I much rather sit in bed and watch some Goodwife or House of Cards... but I know as soon as I hit the beach all the regret will come pouring out. So, on one of my most motivated days I decided to search some home workout on YouTube. Who knew it had more then makeup, comedy shows, and vlogs on there?!
I stumbled upon XHIT Daily . Not only is she gorgeously motivating, her workouts are great and paced really well. I started with a 5 minute workout and then as days and weeks went by I managed to work my way up to 40-50 minute workouts! (ps. don't forget to get the motivational outfits, they really do help!) Of course I wanted to see results right away and didn't really change my diet of chips, fast foods, and desserts. But as soon as I started eating more mindfully and drinking more water I started to see progress slowly. I am only two months into my workout, but my stomach and butt definitely feel more toned then before! Hopefully that flat tummy will come around before the weather really warms up!
