The easiest way to get some vitamins and fiber in is through a smoothie. I like to make mine the night before, place it in a mason jar, and grab it on my way out the door in the mornings. You can always mix and match different fruits but here is my holy grail recipe:
1 cup spinach
1 cup kale
2 tbs hemp seeds
3 tbs ground flax seeds
1 banana
1 kiwi
1/2 cup of pineapple (fresh or canned)
1 cup of water
1 cup of ice
