1 stick butter (soft)
1 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon himalayan salt
2.5 very ripe bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 handfull chopped walnuts
1 handful of chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees. In a medium bowl mix butter, sugar and eggs. In a larger bowl mix dry ingredients with the butter, sugar, and egg mixture. Add banana, sour cream, vanilla, and almonds. Mix together until blended and add the walnuts and chocolate chips. Place in buttered pan and place in oven for about an 50 minutes, or until cake tester from the centre comes out clean. Let cool and enjoys with a cold glass of milk!
