Been loving a good filling smoothie post workout.
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup of bran cereal
1 banana
(ice is an optional add on!)
1/2 strawberries (optional)
I love to blend these ingredients up before i begin my workout so that its ready when I am done. Its super filling and a good source of energy, calcium, fiber, and proteins.
